Beautiful sunny day, spent the day driving down cross country through the Cairngorms and Perth to Edinburgh. GPS bought us right to the door of the Edinburgh YHA in Leith Walk. Great Hostel recently refurbished ( tho more expensive) within walking distance of centre of the city, only drawback was no parking and we had to park on street about 6 blocks away. Also all electronic locks and we had to get an extension on time when our access cards stopped working on the dot of midday on Monday as we were moving out. We had all walked down to Edinburgh Castle and A&K stayed and did the tour.
